超声波电源的工作原理
Working principle of ultrasonic power supply
超声波电源又叫超声波发生器,是一种用于产生并向超声换能器提供超声能量的装置。其目的是把我们的市电(220V或380V,50Hz或60Hz)转换成可以与超声波换能器相匹配的高频交流电信号,这个信号可以是正弦信号,也可以是脉冲信号。
Ultrasonic power supply, also known as ultrasonic generator, is a device used to generate and provide ultrasonic energy to ultrasonic transducer. Its purpose is to convert our city power (220 V or 380 V, 50 Hz or 60 Hz) into a high frequency AC signal that can match with the ultrasonic transducer. The signal can be a sine signal or a pulse signal.
超声波筛分系统由超声波振动筛电源、连接电缆、换能器、共振器组成。超声波振动筛电源产生的高频电通过换能器转换成高频正弦形式的纵向振荡波,这些振荡波传到共振器上使共振器产生共振,然后由共振器将振动均匀传输至筛面。筛网上的物料在做低频三次元振动的同时,叠加上超声波振动,既可防止网孔堵塞,又可提高筛分产量和精度。
The ultrasonic screening system consists of power supply, connecting cable, transducer and resonator. The high frequency electricity generated by the power supply of ultrasonic vibration screen is converted into longitudinal oscillation wave of high frequency sinusoidal form through transducer. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonator to make the resonator resonate, and then the vibration is transmitted to the screen surface uniformly by the resonator. The material on the screen is subject to low-frequency three-dimensional vibration, and at the same time, the ultrasonic vibration is superimposed on it, which can not only prevent the mesh from blocking, but also improve the screening yield and accuracy.
